This first week of purgatory began for me on Friday 19th July 2002. If I'm honest, I guess it wasn't all bad to start with. I got my usual morning and evening walks to check on all my scented patches and the food remains as bland as ever, but I really do miss my ol'pack, especially the little guy they I think they call Matty (sometimes they call him! Here begineth my second week of purgatory and once again, I have to admit that things haven't been all that bad at all. Babs and Fowler have come to realise my frustration at HENRY always wanting to win at everything we do, so now they hold him back long enough for ME to get OUR ball when we go for walkies in Priory Park. Our hewman carers took us on a familiar route this morning and I was nearly overcome with excitement at the strong but familiar scents on this walk. Me and my stud. Deep in the woods.
