Aberystwyth 12th - 16th. Instructions for Oral Presentations. The Poster Session is between 09:00 and 10:00 on Wednesday 14th, September. The poster session will be held in the main Medrus conference room. You are expected to be present at your poster during the Poster Session to answer questions of visitors. Your posters should be set up before the start of the session. Posters should be A0 size or A1 Landscape or smaller. To fit on the poster boards provided.

There will be a dedicated industrial exhibition at the conference venue which will take place from Monday (set-up at 9:00, conference starts 10:00) until 12:30 on Wednesday. The exhibition will therefore last two full days. The industrial exhibition will be in the main venue and will share the same area as the coffee and tea breaks to maximise contact between the attendees and the exhibitors.
