The Night Kitchen’s mobile wood fired pizza oven. We definitely would love to cater your wedding. Our wood fired oven reaches temperatures of 850 degrees and can cook around 50 pizzas per hour so if you are looking for a sit down meal where every guest gets their dinner plate at the exact same time our set up might not be right for you. Would you like alcohol service to be provided by us? These are some of the details that will affect the overall price. Pizza $7-$12 per person. Salad $2-$6 per person.

We are the product of our community. We will involve our community always. We will hire local kids. We will shop local farmers markets in season. We are not a chain and never want to become one. The Night Kitchen’s mobile wood fired pizza oven. All In Party Package. We will arrive an hour before the event is scheduled to set up. Service time is two hours. During this time pizzas and salads will be served buffet style. Our staff will continually replenish the buffet until everyone is totally satisfied. Our custom built oven also capable of producing a wide array of appetizers. We are more than happy to work with you to create a menu that will be perfect for your unique event. 2016 C'est Chaud.
