Søren had test week on his program, so we joined his WOD. Good fun. Overhead squat: (3 sec bortom hold): 65 kg (3 reps) – 70 kg (2 reps x 2). 7 negative MUs (5 sec down). 45 sec free handstand hold. 3 x 30 reps shoulder touches. 20 alt DB snatch @ 20 kg. Thrusters @ 40 kg. 200 m farmer walk with 1 KB @ 24 kg 1 DB @ 20 kg. KB swings @ 24 kg.

I’m competing in a team CrossFit challenge on Amager Beach on Saturday with Philip, Søren and Tomeu. We met up at CrossFit Hellerup today to give the WODs a try. Sarah's daily training. CrossFit Camps på Club La Santa. La Santa Sport 2016. Archive July, 2015. 31st JUL 2015: Lifting ‘Murph’ with a crazy twist. Training @ CrossFit Gentofte with Allan. 3 x 20 shoulder touches. 3 x 14 hollow rocks. Did all my lifting in Nanos today. Went super fine. Back squat (2 reps): 55-65-75-80-85-85-85-85-90 kg. 1 hang squat clean. 1 squat jerk (Chinese jerk). Performed @ 45-50-55-60-60 kg. 2 rounds for time:. Result: 42:20 min (first round in 20:01 min). 2 x 5 strict chin-ups.

Som en del af forberedelserne til VM deltog jeg i Øst/Sjællandsmesterskaberne for at teste formen og få de sidste detaljer og rutiner på plads.
