On April 22, 2012. Every year, around this time, we are reminded of those heroes and horrifics (yes, I just made up that word! So many stories of men and women, old and young, the bravery and tragedy that is war. This time of year we are also reminded of one of my all time favourite snacks …. ANZAC Biscuits! On April 17, 2012. Finished work early on Monday to rush home for a hit of volleyball down at Shellharbour Beach with Mitchell. Our best session so far – some great rallys! Just as the sun was setting we had a dip in the ocean – wasn’t too cold! 12) How do model ships fit inside small bottles? Countless seaside souvenir shops have these intriguing objects proudly on display. A model sailing boat that’s managed to work its way inside a small bottle. How did it get in there? Was it made inside the bottle? Well unfortunately no, there’s no magic involved😦 However the answer is an ever so simple little trick! It’s simple … hinges! 1) The ship is built externally (keeping in mind that the height of the hull needs to be smaller than the bottleneck).
