vegan tomato: March 2010
http://vegantomato.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 29, 2010. By now we've all heard how healthy kale is and how we should all be getting more dark leafy greens into our diet. I confess, I haven't been very good at this until now. Unless I was making my cannellini and kale ragout. I wasn't eating much kale. I've tried kale chips. And um, FAIL. I don't prefer my greens baked and crispy. Luckily, my dear friend and fellow foodie blogger City Girl. Pointed me towards Choosing Raw. But oh. it can. 1 bunch of organic kale. Tuesday, March 23, 2010.

vegan tomato: February 2010
http://vegantomato.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 26, 2010. I'm in a fantastic mood today, not only because it's Friday, but because I have lots of fun plans for this weekend, almost all of which involve FOOD! Tonight I'm having myself a tex-mex kind of night and plan to make a yummy burrito with spicy black beans/quinoa/corn and a gorgeously ripe hass avocado wrapped up in a spinach tortilla and washed down with a delicious mexican coke. Saturday morning I hope to wake up early, drop Lola at daycare and head to the Boggy Creek Farm.

vegan tomato: D is for DAIYA!
http://vegantomato.blogspot.com/2010/04/d-is-for-daiya.html
Monday, April 5, 2010. D is for DAIYA! After weeks and weeks of stalking Whole Foods Market and local Austin natural foods grocer Wheatsville Coop. Via twitter, blog, AND phone, asking and asking when Daiya cheese. Would be available. They all said the supplier was out of stock, but that they "should be getting it soon." After reading this. At $499 a pop, these babies are. Cheap, but I stocked up just in case. Problem is, now that I have it, I don't know what to make with it! April 5, 2010 at 11:14 AM.
