Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Especially now that we live in North Carolina and can see all the beautiful colors when the leaves change. We are so excited to go pick apples next weekend! We are also excited to drive the Blue Ridge Parkway next month when the leaves changing are in full swing. We love the cooler weather and the cold nights. October will be a busy month! Friday, July 4, 2008. We bought this little pool last year when the summer was over and it was on clearance. It was really hot the other day and so I thought it might be fun for Christopher to play outside in it. He had an absolute blast! He had so much fun splashing and making a mess! He drank some of the water from the hose even though I told him it wouldn't taste good. After drinking some he said, "Yuck! I can only imagine how yucky it tasted! Thursday, July 3, 2008. I will be the first to admit I have a serious love/hate relationship with all things LAUNDRY! I love to sort the laundry, I hate to pick it up from the floor in what seems like every room, every day! Monday, April 25, 2011. Peyton now loves and is rather protective of her baby brother, thank heavens! It definitely has been an adjustment taking care of 2 kids but definitely worth it! Easter 2011 was fantastic. We had a great time with Peyton doing a little Easter egg hunt when we all woke up.
