Sunday, April 21, 2013. Addie rolled over for the first time April 16, at about 4 1/2 months old! Misty was so wonderful and I would use her again in a heartbeat, no drama, no fuss, no stress. She is fantastic! Shes getting old enough and hungry enough I think we will try rice cereal in the next week or so! I can't wait to see how she takes it! Friday, April 12, 2013. Addie had her fourth month check-up last Friday. Shes getting so big! She weighs 12 pounds, 17th percentile. Height 23.5 in, 23rd percentile, head 40 cm, 23rd percentile! And something really exciting happened this week, she slept through the night for the first time! On Wednesday and Thursday night she slept the whole night! She slept like 10 hours! Today Chad woke her up at 8 or 9 I think, but I think she would have slept longer! Hope she keeps this up! Posted by Emie and Chad.

Friday, September 9, 2011. I ran the mile in under 10 minutes! My time was 9 min 54 seconds, but all I wanted was under 10 so I am happy, maybe I will work towards getting it down closer to 9. I can't remember exactly when I started working towards my mile run goal, but I think it took me about a month of training. I think running is one of the best forms of cardio for sure! As everyone who has kids knows, it takes a long time to get anywhere with a nursing baby who still takes at least 30 minutes each time she eats. And when Addison wants to eat, there is no putting her off. Her internal timer goes off and she better get food quickly! I love Moab, I just might try to live there someday! What a cute Dad!
