Okay, so we have never been to Yellowstone, we only planned a half day for it. I know, I know. that was a mistake. We will have to plan more time for it next year, maybe camp a night there, do some fishing and such. But it was fun anyway. These were the first animals we saw. He's so pretty. A fallen tree with some cool roots. Walking up to the geyser. I have no words.

Monday, April 20, 2009. The Nursing students at Provo college all participated in a disaster drill at Timpanogos Hospital. I got to be a pt with glass sticking out of my spine. It was a lot of fun, but really long. I was on the news and they did a blurb for local newspaper. Thursday, April 2, 2009. Tuesday, February 3, 2009. James turned 1 January 28th 2009. To celebrate we had one birthday party in northern utah and one in southern utah so all our family could be apart of such a special day. Here are a few pictures of his first birthday party. James' first cake and might I add his first taste of real sugar. He loved it! When he goes to his Uncle Sam's and Aunt Shauna's he loves to play the drums from Rock Band. It is perfect height for him. He also loves to play their piano. Amanda and Jake Matagi.

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. I was so excited a couple of weeks a go when the sun came out and it was finally starting to become warm again. In fact we were so excited that we decided to go GOLFING! I was kind of hesitant to go golfing with James, but since we didn't really want to get a babysitter we decided to take him. He LOVED it! Wednesday, April 8, 2009. James' 1st Hair Cut! I finally did it. I cut his hair. Not that I was trying not to cut his hair I just didn't know who to have cut it, and did I mention I am a huge procrastinator. So the other day I was at a family get together when my sister in law said that his hair looked like a "comb over". Yikes! I will not have that on my son. (I was actually thinking that the other day to be honest). And I were both home and we remembered. Way, way, way cute. This booster seat is fun".
