Saturday, October 6, 2012. Single Serving} Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie. I made this tonight for Chad and I it was really good! I made one cookie and put it in the microwave then mixed up the other one. I wasn't sure how good it would be considering it's putting a COOKIE into the microwave but it was worth making and we'll make it again. Great evening dessert without having tons of cookies to eat. Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie. Recipe from no. 2 pencil. 1 tbsp. Butter, melted. 1 tbsp. White Sugar.

Crockpot Taco Soup - Freezer Meal. 1 onion, chopped. 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, rinsed. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed. 1 Bag Frozen whole kernel corn, no need to thaw. 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce. 12 oz chicken or vegetable broth. 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilis, undrained. 1 package of taco seasoning (1.25 ounces). 2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts. You can buy it here. 3 oz Rice Vinegar. 1 oz Soy Sauce (I buy low sodium). 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger. 1 Clove Garlic (I used a teaspoon of crushed garlic). 2 tsp Sugar (we use 1 small scoop of Truvia). 2 oz of Sesame Oil. 5 oz of Olive Oil. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins. I made these for one of our camping trips because I wanted to pre-make as much food as I could to make meals quicker and less mess. They were so good and simple. We just warmed them up and dipped them in maple syrup or just ate them plain. Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins. Makes 24 mini pancake muffins. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup. 2 tablespoons melted butter. I LOVE to cook!

It is sculptures made out of Legos. I think it was the best family friendly exhibit we have been to at OMSI. The kids liked seeing all the neat designs made entirely of Legos, and then they got to play with Legos at the end. Great exhibit for adults and kids! Castle in a Pop-Up book. Our flight left Portland bright and early at 6:30am this morning. We had a quick 30 minute stop in Seattle then our long flight to Newark, NJ. Once we landed we decided to navigate the trains on our own from the airport to downtown Manhattan. The pic below of the 4 of us is waiting for our last train.
