Monday, April 13, 2009. Now there's a forbidden topic.but this is a blog that has to be. I remember reciting the Apostles Creed, taking communion. It was all very reverent,very quiet. You could have heard a gum wrapper drop, so the giggles my cousin and I shared during practice were a huge no-no. It was a perfect set-up for the culture shock that would follow when I attended a Baptist revival a few years later. The Amens! Perhaps I'll just stick to my green cathedral, after all. Saturday, January 26, 2013. I have been out of work with a doc's note since week before last. It started as a cold and escalated into "God help me, I can't breathe," so off I went to see Fabian (doctor) for prednisone injection, breathing treatment and a boat load of medications. Typical fare for a lot of people this time of the year. Terrified. Am I hopeful? Yes Am I praying? I hope I do. My prayers are with you but I believe you will be okay. January 26, 2013 at 6:36 PM.
