Preparation Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes. 3/4 cup white sugar. 2 tablespoons butter, softened. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 6 fresh peaches - pitted, skinned, and sliced. 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. We have an opportunity to do an orange, tangerine and lemon harvest on Saturday, June 11th @ 9 am The home is in Long Beach near Stearnlee and Conant. (Address forwarded upon RSVP). The trees are fairly accessible; ladders likely not needed. SoCal Harvest will bring 10 long-handled fruit baskets (pickers) and 10 pairs of leather gloves and multiple boxes. Extra boxes are always helpful. Canvas bags are also helpful - can you bring one? The garden is now CLOSED! Queen of the Sun.

Monday, June 13, 2011. Wrigley Garden Clean Up. Garden is looking good. Everything is almost out. Thanks again to everyone who helped on Friday. We did a few runs with the trailer and the trucks and we are pretty much down to the wire. Thank you Jenny and Jenifer for pulling weeds along the fence.
