Thursday, December 08, 2005. A day at a time. Ok, This is my new Blog. How Cool. Kinda my BFL journal to share. I noticed I'm so bad about getting on that scale and using the tape measure. Seems every morning I get on the scale. This morning I'm at 196lbs. Just like yesterday morning. So at the end of wk 4 I was 198lbs and i'm now in wk 5 at 196lbs. Its so cool. I got up had my coffee got the kids ready and off I went. I dropped them off at 7am and to the gym I went. Tommorrow is UBWO day!
