Preaching again this Sunday at Mustard Seed Namatala, Pastor Sam's church, on giving. Trying to get a good balance between sensitivity and following the word of God down the line. Dan Challis in Uganda. Wednesday, 14 December 2011. Ma and Pa's turn. Arrived Tuesday at the safari rest camp, we had a meal and then relaxing on the terrace with a Club beer . . . that is until the guy just came along and said that there is a hippo in the camp grounds coming for his night time grazing! The silhouette of an actual hippo against the lights of a tent is something I will not quickly forget. A few things we enjoyed about. Must be the best in the world. Nearly beating the boys at Settlers.

Paul left the house this week to live back with the returning Doctor across the other side of the village. It’s been really fun living with Paul; I think it’s safe to say that we make a dream team.
