A little something to pass the time. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Today I fired up my Wii. Active again. It was a good work out and of course I feel great because I did it. Every time, I wonder why I don't do it more often. I guess the hardest part of exercising is literally putting on the runners. Halloween is on it's way! He wore it. Cameron is going to go as Dracula this year. I bought him a cape, black hair spray, a choker and made him a red cummerbund. I think he'll be so handsome! Talk to you soon!

A little something to pass the time. Thursday, July 19, 2012. Today Lauren turned 8! OH, my goodness! Where does the time go? We decided to do a luau themed party. Each girl was given a grass skirt, a lei, and some flowers for her hair. The table all set up for the ladies. I found this at the dollar store.I took each girls picture and sent them to be developed. A little something to pass the time. Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Let the crazy out. I remember as a kid dancing around my living room. How many times have you watched a baby move his/her little diapered bum to the beat of music and thought it was the cutest thing ever? How many times have you cranked up the stereo and grabbed your child and just danced? We did our best version of the "two step" around the kitchen. A little something to pass the time. Tuesday, June 5, 2012. To anyone who stumbles across this, it is still a work in progress. Just uploaded some pics to share with my daughters class. Hopefully more documenting to come! My plane all ready to go! George's Island. Named after King George. Was home to Fort Charlotte, named after his wife. For nine years during the Expulsion of the Acadian (1759-1768), Fort Charlotte was one of four forts that imprisoned some Acadians. A part of Halifax from the Pier.

A little something to pass the time. Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Battle of the Books! It took place at the town office. Here is Cam's team all ready to go! After the 3rd place winners were determined it was Cam's turn. I was too nervous to count how many points each team had won. Round 3 was a series of 15 questions. Aurora started with a bang at one point they were up 6-2! I was so proud of Cam and his team. I looked over at their coach who worked so hard with them and she was crying! Good job, Cam.
