Suggestions on a Protein Supplement? I was already having trouble getting enough protein before I went fully vegan a few weeks ago. My hair is cracking and breaking and dry and horrible. I do think I needs me some protein, stat. So, I'm learning how to be a vegan: how to cook, how to buy, etc, but while I do, I think I need some sort of a assured protein shake or bar or something to ensure I get what I need. Any suggestions?
