Being ridden on a rainy day, the cold, the farrier, de-wormer and having to deal with clingy pasture buddies. I know it’s blurry, but I was so proud of her as she’d never been in an indoor arena. Jess and Red: Our Equestrian Adventure. Spring, are you there? February 12, 2015. Isn’t this the time of year when it’s supposed to warm up? Yesterday it was hella cold. At least the nights are getting lighter. Red’s a little plumpy, the last time we rode I had to upgrade her too another girth, which was still a little snug. She’s a chunky monkey. I’ve been pumping myself up for spring, we’re starting up an equine facility at the farm. PS Hello to my new followers! Damn we’re cute. Hey, Big Spender!
