Monday, March 31, 2014. Trip to Hong Kong 2013 - Part 4. We kept walking and walking till the night time so that we can catch the 8.00pm light works at Victoria Harbour. The light works is a type of collaboration between famous buildings in Hong Kong Island to shoot out laser and different type of lights to attract tourist who will gather and wait at the Victoria Harbour to witness the even every night. I thought that I will be welcomed by the cold breeze of Melbourne when I head back from Hong Kong, but instead, it was hot summer wind that just keep blowing onto my face. There really isn't many things to do in Melbourne besides hanging out at the beach during summer time. Amongst the great gear he recieved for Christmas and his birthday were the above metal bowls, a chest full of spices including whole dried tumeric which ive never seen before, and a spice grinder from yours truly (actually that was for fathers day). Some people really don't like the idea of cold soups, but once you try them, you'll love them! Ingredients (Serves 4 as entree). 1 large red capsicum. 1 tbsp olive oil. 3 tbsp red wine vinegar. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/4 tsp chilli powder. 3 slices pane di casa or similar rustic heavy bread. To make the croutons, preheat oven to 160 degrees. Turn the oven up to 220 degrees.

Its so difficult for me to decide whether my favorite meat is pork or lamb! Sure, if it was for every day, i would probably pick pork with its added versatility in small goods but i dont think there is a meat so irresistable to me as the lamb roast! And when you get a cut like shoulder and cook it properly, the result is an entire plate full of that succulent fatty meat!

Monday, October 22, 2012. Finished house pics before and after. Hopefully you can tell which are the before pictures and which are the after! But it is so nice to have it done. I feel like we live in a perfect house! By the way, the photos didn't always cooperate so sometimes the order is off. Sorry. You can kind of see the original front door and how the entrance into the room was a doorway from the front hall. This closet is where the toilet sits now.
