高知県国際交流協会が発信する、高知県内の国際交流、国際協力、多文化共生についての話題が中心のブログです。 今朝(6月2日付)の高知新聞を斜め読みしていたらフランス出身の日本料理研究家の記事が目に留まった。この方、つい最近まで、よく当協会に足を運んでくれていた外国人だったからである。 12301;に載っている郷土料理関係の記事に興味を示してきたので、取材先まで丁寧に教えてあげていた。それが彼の研究成果に一役買ったかどうかまでは定かでないが、この新聞記事で紹介されていた彼のブログで、「高知のカツオのたたきはなぜおいしいのか?」というタイトルの文章を見つけたので読んでみた。 東京で食べたタタキがあまりおいしくなかったことから、高知に来たときに友達に再度勧められたけど・・・、というくだりから始まる文章を読んでいくと、高知県民のカツオに対するこだわりなど、彼独特の視点での考察が大変興味深かった。 東京で学生時代を過ごした私も、高知のカツオのタタキがいつも恋しかった。彼のブログは、私の過去のノスタルジーを思い出させてくれた一品でもあった。 彼のブログ「CHANKO FOOD」.
