Thursday, May 25, 2006. I had a fun day today with picking a location for my current chapter of. I'm not giving anything away about the story, but Prince Edward Island. Sure looks like a fun place to visit. I needed a "weekend getaway" location, and ended up there in my virtual travels. Not only do they have many fun things to do there, but it is in fact the setting for the. Anne of Green Gables. Classic series of books for girls. And for your money, you also get a LiveCam view of the 12-mile bridge.

Friday, December 15, 2006. Here was my week:. I submitted a short story and am eagerly awaiting my first true rejection. ;) I got an acknowledgement that they received it and that alone was exciting, whether they reject it or not! The second draft of my middle grade manuscript keeps crawling along toward completion. My new mainstream fiction manuscript continues to brew in the coffeemaker in my brain (and I don't even drink coffee, so that's something). It's been a good week. Thursday, December 07, 2006.
