In the grounds of L’Auberge Chanteclair there are 4 hectares (10 acres) of land under vines. The first 2 hectares of vines were planted in 1989 and the remainder in 2000, all of which were Cabernet Sauvignon. As a small vineyard we have focused on quality and use only the best 30% of the grapes harvested which results in elegant, high quality wines.
