Sunday, May 6, 2007. I awakened after a restless sleep. A little tired, my head a little sore. Took a walk in the cool crisp morning. To see what the day might have in store. I noticed that I couldn't really focus. On any one thing in particular. Instead the world around me just flowed. It was beautiful - simply spectacular. To see the world, and find acceptance. To be grateful for what is, and what is not. Can you feel that peaceful bliss? You must feel it, for it isn't just a thought. Links to this post.

Thursday, July 12, 2007. My thoughts are like gymnasts,. Gracefully jumping between e-mails,. Swinging to the cell phone, and. Pummel-horsing on my to do list. Then all of a sudden,. Announced by a soft chime,. Dressed in a revealing little outfit, she calls me over. To my dual screen display to find . a poem? But it doesn’t fit,. Like the Ringling Bros clown car. Flooded by a river of Buddhist monks,. It just doesn’t fit. My purpose slips over the threshold. Like the coolness of my basement office.

Thursday, July 18, 2013. I love banana bread, it's such a comfort food. I have about 5 recipes for it but I think this is the easiest one. Hope everyone likes it! 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened. 1 cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas. 2 cups all purpose flour. 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired (I never desire them). 1 teaspoon baking soda. Heat oven to 350F. Grease bottom only of 9x5 or 8x4-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Pour into prepared pan. In Lape...
