My trip everywhere except N and S America. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. I just finished my 10 day meditation course, where you aren’t allowed to talk or communicate with anyone, they take away your phone, computer, ipod, books … EVERYTHING! 4am wake up is pretty brutal. I was exhausted all day and trying to not fall asleep. I kept thinking about how embarrassing it would be to fall asleep and fall over and make a loud crash! The wake up was easier. I was sooooo bored though! As I write this, I think really?
