As I am en route to pick up kids from school or shuttle them to chess club or soccer, I often see many of my friends at the playground with their smaller children, talking to other mothers and having a serene time playing leisurely with their kids. Sunday, November 23, 2008. Ty's 2nd B-Ball Game vs Bruins. This is the last seconds of Ty's game against the Bruins, one of the toughest teams in the league, which they won by one point, 28 - 27. Ty scored about 14 points, had several rebounds, 2-3 steals and had an overall great game. The boys were very excited to win this one because last week the Bruins beat their opponent by 38 points. Thursday, December 4, 2008. Mick has been faithfully praying that we as a family could have service opportunities come our way and in the last 3 weeks they have come in ways we never thought. Cleaning, Fixing, and just being kind to others. Here is one example where we were all part of the service with an additional person Keating. Here are pictures of the kitchen cabinets and the vanity from the master bath, as well as the view of the front of the house with more of the exterior courtyard completed and the final stucco color. The photos really don't do justice to the subject matter. Or maybe it's just the photographer! Isnt it wonderful when the cabinets are put in and it feels sooo much closer!
