Here Comes The Sun. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. We often have a pretty good variety of fresh veggies in the fridge with the full intent on eating all of them. Well, let's be honest, with random dinners out, the occasional frozen pizza, etc, etc, this doesn't always happen and some go bad. Last night I was scavenging the fridge looking for something to make for dinner. Brussel. Sprouts, a yellow pepper, a handful of mushrooms, half of a red onion, and cheese tortellini. Hmmmm.
