The Girl With Her Nose in a Book: A Summer Secret by Kathleen Fuller
http://bookworm-kate.blogspot.com/2011/10/summer-secret-by-kathleen-fuller.html
Sunday, October 2, 2011. A Summer Secret by Kathleen Fuller. I was given a copy of A Summer Secret (The Mysteries of Middlefield Series). From BookSneeze in exchange for writing a review. First of all I am going to say that this is a young adult book and is an easier reading level. After a few chapters she meets Sawyer, who is a run away who has been living in the barn. Through out the story Mary Beth and her brother, Johnny, make friends with Sawyer and try to figure out what they should do.

The Girl With Her Nose in a Book: August 2010
http://bookworm-kate.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 23, 2010. The Good, the Bad, and the Uglies. Well actually it was all good. Imagine a world where everybody is actually divided into groups: those who are ugly, those who are pretty, and those who are special. The uglies spend their days dreaming about their sixteenth birthday and staring at Pretty Town. The pretties are who everybody wants to be, and the specials are only called in on special circumstances. No, I'm not talking about high school; it's a book called Uglies.

Finding the Silver Lining: August 2010
http://findingthesilverlining-rollins721.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Finding the Silver Lining. Monday, August 23, 2010. This is Fred. Or a picture that looks just like Fred anyway. Fred is our 2000 Ford Taurus. When we first purchased it several years ago we asked the boys what we should name it. Miles was just starting to read and read Ford as Fred. That is how Fred got its name. Friday, August 20, 2010. Things I love about Carter. 1 He always gets out of bed with a smile on his face. We call him Mr. Sunshine. 2 He still loves his blankie and baby lion. 6 He loves babies.

Finding the Silver Lining: Boston, New York then Back to Boston!
http://findingthesilverlining-rollins721.blogspot.com/2011/09/boston.html
Finding the Silver Lining. Thursday, September 15, 2011. Boston, New York then Back to Boston! In June we headed to Boston. Quinn had applied for a workshop in Lowell Massachusetts. He got it and had some friends in Chelmsford who had offered to let the family stay if we ever got out that way. So we took them up on it and headed out East. Poor Carter had a few moments that were hard on a little guy. Lots of walking. Lots of rain. We headed to Times Square and visited the Toys R Us there. The boys wer...

Finding the Silver Lining: March 2011
http://findingthesilverlining-rollins721.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Finding the Silver Lining. Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Every once in a while we try to have little "dates" or one on one time with the boys. Since there are only two kids it makes it pretty easy. We each take one and do something. This last time I asked Miles if he wanted to go somewhere or stay and make cakes in the Easy Bake. He wanted to stay and bake. My little chef. Is it going to come out ok? I like to call this the calm before the storm. The last moment the house will be somewhat clean for the ...

The Girl With Her Nose in a Book: Surfer Girls
http://bookworm-kate.blogspot.com/2011/08/surfer-girls.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf". So that's what we did! After seeing Soul Surfer. My number one goal was to learn to surf. Not just to ride the waves in on my knees, ( I had already done that), but to stand up on the board and ride the wave in. Now last Saturday was not a good day for surfers, most of them anyways. but for us kids, it was perfect. 65279;. Claire even went out. 65279;. Maddie and Jolie riding " Tandem".
