Charis is Getting Better. Tuesday, February 1, 2011. TUESDAY, February 1, 2011. Charis got moved at 3:45 pm to intermediate care- same floor, 6 stairs down- still ICU, with a nurse for 2 rooms. She hasn't slept all day today! She only gets a little pain medicine now in pill form. She's just doing wonderfully. Cass painted her fingernails today. She's eating little bits of solids now. Charis is Getting Better. Monday, January 31, 2011. MONDAY, JANUARY 31st, 2011. No news last night- so many people to talk to, huh, Cass! Today Charis is doing really, really well. She’s eating solid foods now. They might move her to another floor tomorrow out of Intensive Care! Then more people can come to see her. They change the wound vacuum Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
