My trip to INDIA. Tuesday, June 27, 2006. I am going to India with the Univerity of Washington Business Department to research and try to get internships with companies that are offshoreing jobs to India. I am very excited and have started packing with two months to go before I leave, because I am such a freak. If you have any advice about India, what I should take or words I should learn before I go I would appreciate the advice. Posted by Charlene @ 3:13 PM. Dude, I am here!

My trip to INDIA. Tuesday, September 05, 2006. While we were in Delhi we met with the companies below. Uses everything we learned in Management Operations. We heard terms like Muda, Kaizan, Kanban, the six s’s and saw all of it on the floor. But there were no women on the floor at all. They offer classes to the wives on how to take care of their husbands, because they have such demanding jobs (they learn things like money management and other skills that are very helpful). So the octopus released him and Dakuwaqa kept his promise, and the people of Kadavu have no fear of sharks when out fishing or swimming. The high chiefs of Caka...

Fiji Islands: Cultural tension

http://explorefiji.blogspot.com/2006/07/cultural-tension.html

This blog explores the rich culture of the beautiful islands of Fiji. Thursday, July 06, 2006. Fiji has a great blend of cultures. The majority of the population is compromised of Melanesians (the Natives) and Indians. There are minority groups which include Europeans and Chinese. Many Indians are leaving the country. The future remains uncertain for the two groups. If you travel to Fiji you must be aware that there is instability in certain areas which have curfews. Posted by Shamira Buksh @ 10:47 PM.
