Tuesday, January 8, 2013. We had a great Thanksgiving with the Rileys and Grandma and Grandpa coming in for the weekend and the Wells family coming down for Thanksgiving Day. We headed downtown to Shedd Aquarium and met up with the Bouwmans. Patrick and Nora went to a birthday party on Saturday at Pump It Up. Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Katherine Elizabeth Ann Jackson. Baby Kate arrived April 2, 2012 at 8:27 pm She was 6 lbs. 14 oz. and 19.25 inches long. Pretty close to the same size that her brother was. Patrick came the next day and spent the day with us in the hospital. He was a great big brother from the start. We had a great time swimming in Aunt Janet's new pool and meeting the Turkey's and ZEBRA at Uncle Pat's ranch. Kate was great on her first plane ride and we all survived the heat! He is loving school from 8 am to 11 am and then we either head to piano, basketball, or art class. He had a great first report card this fall and he amazes us everyday with his reading skills. Friday, July 8, 2011. Maybe the pool party will become a new birthday tradition. Patrick is such a fun 4 year old. He has a super imagination and loves pretend playing with his cars! Cars 2 finally came out the week of his birthday. I'm not sure which he was more excited about? We're not sure where the Mexico part is from, maybe his Texas roots?
