Chuckie, Shannon and Charlie! Thursday, July 31, 2008. Eye surgery went well. Quick update on Charlie's eye surgery. Everything went well with the surgery. Charlie was groggy from the morphine, but other than that, he was no worse for the wear. We have a follow up appointment with the eye doctor in a few weeks and some eye drops to give Charlie in the meantime. We do not have a definitive answer yet, but it looks like Charlie is coming home tomorrow! We'll keep you all posted. Wednesday, July 30, 2008.

Chuckie, Shannon and Charlie! Thursday, August 14, 2008. Shannon and I are not getting much sleep, but Charlie is really thriving at home. He's gaining weight and is almost up to 9lbs! All our doctors and specialists so far have been very pleased with Charlie's progress at home. I've attached a couple pictures and will put up some more on my next post. Monday, August 4, 2008. Joey still needs a home. Some people have asked if we still need a home for our cat Joey (see post below) and the answer is yes!
