http://elliot-cyclingmalaysia.blogspot.com/2010/11/new-blog.html
Elliot Tabraham-Dowers; The Malaysian cyclist. November 21, 2010. Well, I have finally succumbed to the life of blogging! 12 Litres of gatorade over 3 days, 6 packs of energy chews and a tub of protein powder, throw in some water and electrolite tablets, a bit of pasta and some cereal bars. Wish me luck, there's no looking back now! I will aim to keep regular updates on any progression I make with my racing, my training, my search for sponsors and ultimately, my career! 2nd year Junior racing road and track for Progressive Cycle Coaching Development Squad. Sunday, 16 January 2011. First weekend back on the bike. This weekend I was back on my bike after being ill and after initially expecting to be going like a sack of potatoes it actually turned out that I hadn't lost all that much form. Obviously will take a week or two to get back to where I was but still I was feeling nowhere near as bad as I was expecting! Photos of the Newport Session will be up soon. Initially I w...

In my third season of cycling, seeing how far my bike will take me. Monday, 27 December 2010. In my third season of cycling, seeing how far my bike will take me. Monday, 21 February 2011. With a recovery week after the Perf's, a weekend of hard training and a brutal week of training over half term, there isn't a great deal to report. Looking forward to getting the cycling team started up at school; got some potentially pretty strong students who are keen to get racing which is great to see and I am sure will keep me on my toes in training during the week. In my third season of cycling, seeing how far my bike will take me. Monday, 15 August 2011. Would be grateful if people didn't look at Saturday's TT result. Sensible excuses can include:. 1/ I had really bad traffic at the roundabouts and had to come to a complete stop. 2/ I had a mechanical and couldn't shift gear. 3/ The traffic really died down when I was racing so got no draft. 4/ The cross-winds really picked up just as I was riding. 5/ The dew hadn't burnt off at the time I started. 10/4/11 SERRL, ...

Will Kemp: Racing: April 2011
http://willkempcycling.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
In my third season of cycling, seeing how far my bike will take me. Friday, 29 April 2011. Time for a quick reflection on my progress so far this season:. In many respects I have achieved some of my baseline season goals. I have already retained my second cat license and I have finished a race in Belgium with the main bunch. Still training hard and a second place in a Nat B to show for the season so far. Sure there will be more to come. Think I might just peak a little later than expected now! 8/5/11 Lin...

http://willkempcycling.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
In my third season of cycling, seeing how far my bike will take me. Thursday, 28 October 2010. Pleased with my season last year and after a while began racking up some points. First half of the year was focused on some big races in Belgium and in the area and really developed a lot by racing a level above myself. That experience definitely helped my progress in the second half of the season. Training and racing won't be the same without you guys! Posted by Will Kemp. Links to this post. 1/5/11 ECCA Festi...
