Secret Asian Man: Old School Wednesday: Pearl Harbor vs. Atomic Bomb
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2011/12/old-school-wednesday-pearl-harbor-vs.html
Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Old School Wednesday: Pearl Harbor vs. Atomic Bomb. Here's one that got a lot of undies in a bunch when it came out. Both are horrible tragedies in their own right but as a Japanese American I have very personal and conflicted feelings about them. Is there a difference in "value" between servicemen and civilians? We send drones out to take down terrorists all day long and I doubt we send an invite before we do so. Posted by Secret Asian Man. December 7, 2011 at 2:54 PM. The P...

Secret Asian Man: Day Above Ground's "Asian Girlz"
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2013/07/day-above-grounds-asian-girlz.html
Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Day Above Ground's "Asian Girlz". If you haven't seen it you're not really missing anything. I'm not going to post the video. But the lyrics to this song are as follows:. Asian girl, She's my Asian girl. You're my Asian girl, You're my Asian girl. You're my Asian girl, She's my Asian girl. Yes, my Asian girl, You're my Asian girl. I love your sticky rice. Butt fucking all night. Bitch I love you. I love your creamy yellow thighs. Ooh you're slanted eyes. Ninja pussy I'm stabbin'.

Secret Asian Man: April 19, 2013
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2013/04/april-19-2013.html
Saturday, April 20, 2013. April 19, 2013. Today amid the absolutely terrifying and, in the end, exuberant chain of events involving the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, I was having a much quieter and more personal experience that had far greater implications than any act of terrorism. This morning I found out that my father passed away. We get to NYC, check into our hotel and make our way to my parents' house in lower Manhattan. Later that evening as my mom cues up a vacation video of when my parents w...

Secret Asian Man: Wooden Swords
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2013/03/wooden-swords.html
Friday, March 8, 2013. I suppose this is a good follow up to last week's strip about sword fights. In the past few months I've taken to making wooden swords (and an axe). Mostly well-known ones from movies of TV shows. TMNT Leonardo's double katanas (scaled for my three-year-old). And most recently a tanto that can be disassembled. Posted by Secret Asian Man. Secret Asian Man: Time for a break
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2013/05/time-for-break.html
Sunday, May 12, 2013. Time for a break. Like the strip says, it has been a really long, continuous run for Secret Asian Man. Sometimes I can't believe how long I've been doing this. On the other hand I can't imagine NOT doing this ever again. So consider this a bit a a break from my once monthly, once weekly, once daily, then weekly again schedule. This is definitely not the end of SAM. I'm going to be doing a lot more with him in the future. Thanks and don't be a stranger. Posted by Secret Asian Man.

Secret Asian Man: Old School SAM: A Racist is a racist is a racist
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2011/11/old-school-sam-racist-is-racist-is.html
Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Old School SAM: A Racist is a racist is a racist. Yeah, I've been called a racist (among other things). And depending on whose definition of "racist" you go by they may have a point. But I do differentiate people who do things for their race by harming others versus doing things for their race by supporting their own. If that makes me a racist sign me up. Secret Asian Man: Accept Your Gender Role
http://secretasianmancomics.blogspot.com/2011/08/accept-your-gender-role.html
Sunday, August 28, 2011. Accept Your Gender Role. Posted by Secret Asian Man. August 29, 2011 at 7:28 AM. Tak, the idea of violent abuse (even in jest; perhaps, especially) leaves me a little flat. I had a father who could be physically abusive when he drank. which was often. The dipicted gender role reversal of spousal abuse is no less unhealthy than the more common man beats wife.
