I struggled with teaching my classes today as my hamstrings were very sore, and my upper chest is tender! Thanks Dax ;-). I also used a 10kg barbell for biceps and did the dips of a bench.

J'ai démarré avec un modèle en porcelaine blanche. Avec la marque "café Richard". A cette échelle, le logo est guère lisible. Une sous-tasse mesure 9 mm de diamètre. Je me suis ensuite lancée dans la fabrication d'un modèle. Type "bistrot" couleur vert foncé et or. Ces tasses sont à pans coupés. Il est bientôt l'heure du café.
