http://postureseatbalance.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Posture, Seat, Balance. Monday, June 6, 2011. Thoughts on - Bravery and the single Mum. The last time I rode a cross country course, I was about six weeks pregnant. My gorgeous girl is now 6 months, so that was quite a while ago! So off I went, two horses in tow, all the way out to Kooralbyn for the weekend. Of course, I forgot about all this in my planning to go to Kooralbyn. I got on my horse, lovely girl that she is. She never refuses, always jumps clear, and she is just a really lovely ride. My group...

http://postureseatbalance.blogspot.com/2011/05/improve-your-horse-riding-sensitising.html
Posture, Seat, Balance. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Improve your horse riding - sensitising vs desensitising. Desensitising - when you want the horse not to respond to a stimulus, eg fiddling about his head to get the bridle on. How can we get this wrong? Can you think of other situations and wor...

Posture, Seat, Balance. Thursday, February 17, 2011. Improve your horseriding - Clinic Gold Coast. Saturday, February 5, 2011. Thoughts on - sitting trot. Sitting trot is often one of those things that takes years to master, and everyone has a different idea about how to make it easier. Posture, Seat, Balance. Sunday, October 17, 2010. Gold Coast Horse fan - biomechanics assessment. Hello Gold Coast Horse fan and thank you for your submission. The first thing I noticed about this picture is that your heels are definitely the lowest point! This is very important if you wish to compete in Dressage, as one of the rules (article 418) states exactly that, so well done there :) I would just like to see your toes turned in a little more. It feels awful, but you will then feel your horse relax ...
