Tuesday, 27 January 2015. We had a wander in to town today as we had a few errands to do and wanted to check out the latest art installation at Frome Library. My Mum used to work there and when she passed away the library staff commissioned a painting for the children's section to remember her. Tuesday, 24 March 2015. This quantity was enough for our supper, plus two tubs for the freezer (approx 9 servings in total). Mini bottle white wine. Tin of passata/chopped tomatoes. 2 heaped tbsp red pesto (you could also use sundried tomato paste). Beef stock cube/pot (I love the knorr stock pots). Splash of olive oil. 2 tbsp cornflour or plain flour. Chilli powder (I use mild, but choose whichever suits). Stir through wine and simmer for around 5-10 mins. Leave for approximately 3 hours on setting 1.
