And I had such success, losing two pounds! Perhaps I was so shocked, I couldn't update the blog? Um, no, I actually don't remember exactly why I didn't post last week. I went and did the BetterU stuff, but then just forgot I suppose. So if you're keeping track like I am, that is 8 pounds down altogether. That would be a very good thing!

Some friends of ours gave us no less than about 15 pears. What do you do with 15 pears? I peeled six pears and chopped them up, mixed them with raisins and chopped almonds, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
