Monday, May 31, 2010. Bear with me on this one! Lake Its near W. Yellowstone. Just passed Island Park. So here are some highlights: When we started the day I told Bradach. That we were going to the Mountains to look for bears, elk, deer, and turkeys. He looks at me and says giraffes. Elephants and long neck dinosaurs too! Mardi my beautiful niece turned one on the 4th of October. Luckily the weather was nice and warm.however Bradach's birthday falls in June and its always freezing, go figure. Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Fourth of July 2010. They ended up catching 4 fish in all. Good job guys! We went hiking up the Kirkwood trail head one day. It was only a few miles long, but was perfect for us since we had Bradach. Bradach was a great wildlife alerter. He let everything in the forest know we were there. And the occasional question "can I pet it? We had to get across the lake to the marina. I couldn't see anything! I don't normally like loud noises but this was awesome! Bradach and his first s'more.

Friday, March 9, 2012. Pete and I purchased a new camera last weekend. Our old one was just wearing out. It had gotten dropped and the pictures it took just weren't as good as they used to be. It was really sad. Our new camera is awesome! Here is a stock picture of what it looks like. Here are pictures that I took with it, unfortunately I am not very artistic with cameras, but I really do love taking pictures. :). I think Daisy was getting annoyed with the flash on the camera. Congrats on your new camera!

Friday, October 16, 2009. Root Beer and Pretzels. Around Valentine's Day of this year we bought a deck of cards that contained 52 cheap date ideas. Every so often we randomly select a card and carry out that date, or if the date isnt exactly something we would do, we vary it slightly such as our recent date card. First we add to mix all of the ingredients together. Pete kneading the dough. Me kneading the dough. Pete making a pretzel. All of the different kinds of root beer. Saturday, October 10, 2009.

Sunday, October 16, 2011. For fall break last weekend, Pete and I decided to go on a camping trip with our families. We went up to Chain O' Lakes State Park up in Albion. The park was really beautiful while we were there and the weather was great. Unfortunately my mom and sister were only able to stay one night but it was still a lot of fun and we are so glad we were able to go. Here are some pictures of the trip. Thursday, July 22, 2010. The only bad thing that happened while we were there was Pete caught his leg on fire. It is a kind of funny situation since Pete has caught his leg on fire before in a very similar situation. I guess maybe he doesnt learn from history. :) or maybe it takes two times in order to learn. Thursday, April 7, 2011. I started this plant based diet on Monday the 4th of April. So far so good, no meat, no dairy and no oil! There are two ways to doing it, one way they ease you into it eliminating something each week, cadet style. The other way is "fireman" style which I did. Its all hands on the first day out of the gate. I have had a lot of firsts during this week, Hummus (which I made) , Kale and some fake sausage patties. First off the food I'm eating is so good!
