July 1, 2009. The other day, one of my best friends retorted to Chase the ever popular "Hay is for horses, straw is for cows, pigs would eat it, but they don't know how." Not thinking much about it as the day wore on we were surprised to hear what Chase had taken from that saying when he told us later that, "Pigs are not impressed with hay.". What kind of a four-year-old am I raising? Though, I have to say, I'm not impressed with hay, either. I much prefer a chocolate cream pie. Recorded by Monica Hudson.
