June 28, 2016. Scales are down, clothes are fitting better! So what has changed? I actually can’t remember my last post, and haven’t looked, so lets start where I started! I had put on ‘but wait’ MORE weight! I think when I started in January I was 127kg. Well, before I started my 8 week plan I had reached 128.8. And I could tell! Which were much more filling, and also gave a healthy amount to eat. That is a little over 12 lbs! BTW my husband has lost 7kg or about 15lb! I have made little changes. Wh...
