The adventures of lazy guy dreaming of running an ultra-marathon. March 22, 2014. Time to plan and review. Let’s start my saying I love when I am exercising. It feels great! I am feeling better and starting to lose some more weight. All good things toward my goals. A quick recap. Last Saturday was the Westport St. Patrick’s Day 4-Mile Run. Always a great road race. I ran with the GF to help push her through the finish. She did great! It was a blast to be out with Andy again! Great to be out on the trails!
