Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Weigh-In Day, Week 8. Current Weight: 253.2. Total pounds lost: 16.8. The best way I find to prevent indulgences is to not have bad things I LOVE to eat in the house! Then it just isnt there. Unless you can stop yourself, it isnt worth it to tempt yourself! I have been having some big cravings myself this week. Fortunately I can eat a couple of chocolates then put my brakes on. Make a nice cup of tea or have my sugar free chocolate calcium chew! That always helps me!
