Thursday, June 9, 2011. Accepted an offer - bittersweet. We have some very good news, although, it really is bittersweet for us. And accepted an offer for $5,500 less than our current asking price just a couple days ago. We are THRILLED to finally be selling, but have to bring a check for $33,000 to the closing table. Our tenants. Things just to make sure it all works out. Our tight budget is going to be about as tight as it can get, but we are so happy knowing we are continuing to pay things off.

Sunday, May 9, 2010. It's been a really long time since I last updated. We found out in the beginning of February that we are going to have another baby in October. I haven't felt very well the last couple months, so getting on here to post just didn't really happen. The news of a new baby took some adjustments, but we are very excited to have a newborn around the house again. The kids can't wait. And things should be paid 100% after that.
