CHC medical staffers are invited to a free evening lecture presented by Tufts University Research Scientist and Cal Poly Assistant Kinesiology Professor Dr. Ann McDermott. Dr McDermott has been lecturing across the country, most recently in Boston, MA, sharing her depth of knowledge on the topic of obesity prevention, and prescribing an effective exercise regimen for patients.
