A broad in london. Sunday, March 22, 2009. Gearin' up for another U.S. visitor! In just four more days it will be Dad's turn to visit the shining city of London.oh yeah and me, his daughter. (: I've been on Skype with him over the past few days making sure he will pack the right kind of clothes and that we have the itinerary of activities and sites that he wants to see and do. He's really excited, as am I! Another opportunity to show my family my new city! That's such a huge difference from 109 days!

A broad in london. Thursday, March 12, 2009. My big brother visits london! We brought him back to Reid Hall 108 and let him sit down and adjust to his surroundings. He got settled and we had lunch in the caf. Then we jumped right into the sight-seeing process! We took the Jubilee line to Buckingham Palace. It was a beautiful sunshiney day! Mr and Mrs. Duszny ate there during there six week trip to Europe and told us we HAD to eat there. Well we did. We're going back. It was amazing! Windy, but beautiful!

I got the phone call telling me he was waiting for his bag and then he'd get on the Heathrow Connect! We surveyed his rather tiny room and then headed out on our first adventure: lunch! A broad in london. Friday, February 27, 2009. US Visitors - Take One. But when I turned around there was Mom! I cried. Of course I cried. Mom did, too. We hugged. We cried. It was a true reunion for the two of us. I had no idea just how much I missed Mom. Not until I saw her. Until I could feel her, smell her. So we let them sleep for an hour or so and then picked them up at the hotel and took them on their first tube ride to Buckingham Palace! The hotel was beautiful! Tea was delicious and the scones!
