G314 线 乌鲁木齐- 喀什- 红其拉甫 是国家高速公路网中连霍主 干线吐鲁番- 库尔勒- 库车- 和田及伊尔克什坦高速公路联络线中的一段。 本项目主线分为新建和老路改 造两个部分，均为四车道高速公路标准，全长259.934km, 总投资65.8 亿 元，由中交第一公路工程局有限公司和中国公路工程咨询集团有限公司组 成的联合体共同完成设计及施工总承包任务。 海南省海榆东线琼海至陵水段公路改建工程为国道G223 线的重要组 成部分，起点位于琼海市嘉积大桥南桥头，途经琼海市中原镇，万宁市龙 滚镇、大茂镇、万城镇、长丰镇、兴隆农场、南林农场、南桥镇，陵水县 光坡镇，终点位于陵水县城以北与陵保路交叉处，路线全长110.583km， 总投资3.15 亿元。 项目采用二级公路标准，设计时速为60km h，路基宽 12m，设计汽车荷载等级为公路- 级。
