Three good things that have happened in my life today. If it is to be, it is up to me. Training with Mish Bridges on 12wbt. January 25, 2012. In December I proudly stated to the world that I had been at goal weight for over a year. Less than eight weeks later I’m blogging with my tail wedged firmly between my legs. I’ve put on weight. Not a lot, but it’s crept up, and to my surprise, has continued to creep up.
