Pinch each of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger. Grated nutmeg and apple chip for garnish. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. And so is your forehead. Strain into a cocktail glass, or if the guests haven't arrived, down your throat.

Aunt Becky's Crazy-Good Chicken Salad. 1/2 c Chopped celery. 1/4 c Chopped red onion. 1/4 c sliced almonds. Trader Joe's Raspberry Balsamic Consorzio. 1 Put thighs in broth and simmer until done (about an hour). 2 Remove and cut up into bite size pieces. Remove fat. 3 Add celery, onion, almonds, mayo, consorzio, dried fruit, salt and pepper. 4 Add chicken once it cools. Mix and chill 1 hour minimum.
