Merry Christmas 2014 →. My brother and his girlfriend recently stayed over for the weekend, which gave me the great opportunity to play hostess. The package includes pancakes for breakfast of course. Recipe from Joy the Baker. Makes loads of pancakes, enough for four people. 1 1/2 cups flour. Heaping 1/2 cup old fashioned oats. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Healthy pinch of freshly ground nutmeg. 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup.
