This is a great wholesome meal for anyone looking for some home cooked comfort food. 1 packet beef strips (get the appropriate amount for the number of people you are feeding). 189; teaspoon cinnamon. 2 teaspoons beef stock powder. Dash of soy sauce. Fry chopped onion until soft. Mix the beef, flour and spices. Add recently boiled water from the kettle to the pan until all the beef is covered. Serve with mashed potato.

Cheese is My God. A food blog about food. Sunday, January 2, 2011. This is a great nourishing soup that is super easy and quick to make. 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock. 1 tsp dried herbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Roughly chop the onion and fry in a medium sized pot with the olive oil until soft. Chop the garlic and add it to the pot. Roughly chop the tomatoes (it is great if you have a couple of different kinds of tomatoes to add variety of flavour). Bring back up to the boil and serve immediately.

This is a great pasta dish for when you just want a quick easy meal. it is a ice convenient meal for one or can be expanded to feed as many people as you like. 1 tablespoon butter (aprox.). 1 tablespoon flour (aprox.). 189; cup milk (aprox.). 1tsp crushed garlic or 2 cloves finely chopped. 1tsp mixed dried herbs. Cheese is My God. A food blog about food. Friday, January 14, 2011. One of my new years resolutions this years is to learn to make the perfect cupcakes so I started by baking some for my birthday. The actual cupcakes were just average but I'm quite proud of the icing so I thought I'd post the recipe. It's really good. 2 cups confectioners sugar (icing or powdered sugar), sifted. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons milk or light cream. 1 tsp dried herbs.

They turned out pretty well considering we made up the recipe a we went according to what we had in the house so I thought I'd try and remember it for you. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp vanilla essence. 1 cup milk and water mixed (possibly more). Tuesday, April 16, 2013. An Open Letter To Democrat Lawmakers. Let me start off by saying I've voted Democrat my whole life. I turned 18 in 1991. I am the sole income for my family. We have four people in my family. We hit the life lotto and it's me, my wife, a son, and a daughter. The dream family. I love my family and would do anything for them.
