The Halloumi cheese making workshops offered by Salubrious Cheeses is very popular and is a cheese that is easy to make. It usually takes about 4 to 5 hours to make but the exciting part is that the cheese can be eaten later that evening. How wonderful is that! Halloumi is often prepared by cutting 5mm thick slices and frying the cheese in a fry pan until golden brown. It is best eaten when warm to hot or soon after it leaves the frying pan but be careful not to burn you mouth. Enjoy!
